The Centre for Population Studies of Babeş-Bolyai University in Cluj was awarded a 650.000 euro grant for the project 'Historical Population Database of Transylvania 1850-1910'.
The second edition of the EHPS-Net International Summer School in Historical Demography took place at the Babeş-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania between 29 June – 8 July 2014 with the participation of 19 students from 10 countries.
